<br />002237 ' <br /> <br />StateMod to be revised to handle these unique operating criteria as a new data <br />driven operating rule, Following are the activities required to execute this Task: <br /> <br />3,1, Review the Check Case settlement decree, <br />3,2, Meet with CWCB personnel regarding interpretation of the above, <br />3.3, Coordinate with the CWCB regarding data necessary to implement the <br />Check Case settlement, Assume the CWCB will provide all data <br />necessary to implant the decree, <br />3.4, Within StateMod program add a new operating rule to accommodate the <br />Check Case settlement. Verify its operation on a simple test basin, Verify <br />its operation within he existing Colorado River Basin WRP, Compare <br />results at selected locations to identify, resolve and/or explain any <br />discrepancies when compared to the Phase II Calculated data set. <br />3,5, Prepare a memorandum which describes the new operating rule <br />development and verification, <br /> <br />4. Assist in developing a StateMod application to the Gunnison River Basin. <br /> <br />Introduction: The Gunnison River Basin model developed in Phase I of CRDSS <br />was based on data developed by HydroSphere Resource Consultants. The state <br />requires assistance to revise the current Gunnison River Basin model to be <br />consistent with the data centered approach used on the other west slope basins in <br />CRDSS, Following are the activities required to execute this Task: <br /> <br />4,1.
