Indicate your judgment of the position and <br />importance of the Issue for each social <br />category. <br /> <br />Things to d~_with Participant's Issues Tab Sheet <br /> <br />3. When you are satisfied with Step 2, record your <br />judgments on the Participant's Issues Tab Sheet. <br />Be sure to put your number on it. <br /> <br />4. If any state or national organizations are involved <br />in the issue, ,rrite them in the appropriate space. <br />Give their position and importance, also. <br /> <br />5. Repeat Steps 1 through 4 for each issue. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />6. If there are any additional issues which you feel are <br />impor.tant, write them in on the Tab Sheet and state <br />the reasons why. <br /> <br />7. When you have finished recording all of your judgments <br />on the Tab Sheet, signal a coordinator, who will then <br />pick up the sheet. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Things to do with the All Participants Chart <br /> <br />8. Next, the coordinator will hand you another Participant's <br />Tab Sheet. You will record the Participant Number, <br />the judgments and comments for that on your chart <br />labeled All Participants Chart. Please do this for <br />each Tab Sheet handed to you. <br /> <br />9. When you have all the information recorded for the <br />other people, think about what changes you might make <br />in your own responses. Return to your Hap Board and <br />reconsider the entries you made in Step 2. Then <br />continue with Step 3 through 9. Note on your new <br />Participant Issues Tab Sheet the Round number you <br />are working on. <br /> <br />10. At some point the coordinators will have what they <br />need and take you into the next phase. <br /> <br />6 <br />
