<br />Grand Valley, Las Vegas Wash, and Paradox construction costs are repaid by. the Upper and Lower Basin Funds over 50 yrs from the time the
<br />separable feature begins operation, O&M costs are repaid the following year or are charged interest.

<br />Dolores, Lower Gunnison, and USDA projects repay from the Lower Basin Fund as the costs are incurred for both O&M and construction or
<br />are charged interest. Repayment from the Upper Basin Fund will be within 50 years from the time operation begins,
<br />
<br />No payments have been made from Upper Basin due to unpaid interest on CRSP investment since FY -90.
