Reports on the demonstration program show it to be highly <br />cost effective, <br /> <br />Construction <br /> <br />Dolores/McElmo Creek Unit, Colorado <br /> <br />Reach I and 2 of the Towaoc Canal have been completed. The Rocky Ford Laterals, which <br />deliver water from the Towaoc Canal, were completed in 1994. Contracts for lining three <br />sections of the Lone Pine Lateral and the one section of the Upper Hermana Lateral are <br />nearing completion.
