The <br />lanrls have been classified as "Puhlic Recreation"; however, no oti1er river <br />manaqement classifications halre been Applied or river manaaement plans adopted. <br />On lands undpr active state manaaement the Division of Parks with'the repar~ment <br />of Fish and Game, identified and subsequently estahlished 79 river CC'rridors <br />with approximately 495,000 acres.
