<br />II:AHO <br /> <br />At the present time Idaho has no legislatively authorized state program.' A <br />bill was introduced during the 1980 legislative session, but was defeated. <br /> <br />However, the State of Idaho has been successful in having rivers designated <br />in the t~tional System.
