<br />methods of determining the quantity of Green Mountain Reservoir replacement water releases <br />will be evaluated. <br /> <br />2.4.Water User Accounting Information Water user spreadsheets and other accounting <br />information currently or expected to be provided by water users to Division 5 will be reviewed. <br />Material to be reviewed will include spreadsheets maintained by Denver Water, the Northern <br />Colorado Water Conservancy District and other major water users. <br /> <br />2.5.CRDSS Planning Model Data Water facility descriptions developed as part of the CRDSS <br />planning models will be reviewed and evaluated. Final Review memorandum <br /> <br />Task 3 - Preliminary and Draft Conceptual Design <br /> <br />Responsibility: Boyle <br /> <br />Objective: Develop a Preliminary and Draft Conceptual design for the Division 5 Worksheet. <br /> <br />Approach: <br /> <br />3.I.Preliminary Conceptual System Design A Preliminary Conceptual Design for a Division 5 <br />Worksheet will be developed based on local knowledge and the information developed in <br />previous Tasks. The conceptual design will be coordinated with the Division 5 Engineer, <br />CRDSS project manager and CWCB representatives. It will be documented in a memorandum <br />containing approximately 10 pages of text and distributed to the State for review. Expected to <br />look similar to Figure 1 and Table 1, this preliminary conceptual design will identify program <br />specifications such as: <br /> <br />· Excel operating under Windows 95 is the recommended software and operating system. <br />. Summary Worksheet content. <br />· Number of Backup Spreadsheets to be broken out from the existing CRA Spreadsheet. <br />· Number of New Backup Spreadsheets to be developed. <br />. Existing water user spreadsheets to be included. <br />· Calculation sequence. Note it is understood there are currently two approaches to operating <br />the river; one based on real time stream flow measurements and another based on natural flow <br />calculations. One or more calculation sequences will be recommended for implementation. <br />.
