Bearing in mind the preceding discussions, this update shows that activities are progressing at a rate which will maintain the overall project float established to manage the project. Please note that float is, in essence, computed based on the Current Schedule "All ALP Construction Completion" date for construction activities. The schedule has been updated to reflect the actual dates for construction contract activities, non- construction activities, and environmental & archaeological work activities. This update maintains the Durango Pumping Plant and Ridges Basin Dam as high priority work, as we consider these features to be the project's highest risk work, Any activity on the schedule related to fish monitoring, environmental monitoring, or non-contract costs will show negative float. This is because these activities extend beyond the completion of feature construction activities, Particularly, environmental monitoring items such as the "Animas River Monitoring in FYI1-FYI4" (Activity FW530) generates the Project Schedule Finish Date of September 29,2014, II. Logic Changes. A. Minor logic changes and updates made under the RBIC Stage #2 Conceptual Design activities.
