This recommendation is based on the lack of <br />cost-effective increments that can be presented as a single project. <br />However, as a result of phase II investigations, we recommend that the <br />lining of about 3.2 miles of My ton Townsite Canal and investigation of <br />winter water removal be considered as part of phase I preconstruct ion <br />activities. The estimated cost of lining is $2,043,300. Costs for <br />winter water removal have not been determined but are not considered <br />to be significant. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br />
