The actual Rio Grande deliveries at the Lobalos <br /> <br />gaging station, less the Conejos at La Sauses, for <br /> <br />January, February and March will be combined with the <br /> <br />estimated Rio Grande deliveries, less the Conejos at <br /> <br />La Sauses, at that station for October, November and <br /> <br />December and deducted from the es timated annual re- <br /> <br />quirements to provide an estimated compact delivery <br /> <br />requirement for the remainder of the year. <br /> <br />c. From the estimated monthly runoff pattern at the <br /> <br />Del Norte Index Station, as computed in la and 3b <br /> <br />above, monthly delivery requirements will be projected <br />, <br /> <br />for the months of April through September, <br /> <br />d. A percentage of curtailment of all water rights in the <br /> <br />Rio Grande Basin neces sary to provide compact deliveries <br /> <br />at the Lobatos Station, less the Conejos River at La <br /> <br />Sauses, will be computed and these curtailments will <br /> <br />be based on the premise that the most junior right will <br /> <br />provide the greatest percentage of this delivery and the <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br />
