Direct flow diversions may commence upon a date <br /> <br />to be detennined annually by the State Engineer after <br /> <br />consultation with the Rio Grande Water Conservation <br /> <br />District, the Conejos Water Conservancy District and <br /> <br />other interested entities. <br /> <br />b. Actual runoff at the Mogote Index Station for the <br /> <br />months of January, February and March and the estimated <br /> <br />runoff for October, November and December will be <br /> <br />combined to provide an estimated supply at that station <br /> <br />during the non-irrigation season. The actual Conejos <br /> <br />River deliveries at La Sauses gaging station for January, <br /> <br />February and March will be combined with the estimated <br /> <br />deliveries at La Sauses for October, November and <br /> <br />December and deducted from the estimated annual <br /> <br />delivery requirement to provide an estimated delivery <br /> <br />requirement for the remainder of the year. <br /> <br />c. From the estimated monthly runoff pattern at the <br /> <br />Conejos River near Mogote, the Los Pinos near Ortiz, <br /> <br />and the San Anotonio River at Ortiz, monthly delivery <br /> <br />requirements at the Las Sauses gaging station will be <br /> <br />projected for the months of April through September. <br /> <br />-8- <br />
