A percentage of curtailment of all water rights in <br /> <br />the Conejos River and its tributaries necessary to <br /> <br />provide compact deliveries at the La Sauses station <br /> <br />will be computed and these curtailments will be based <br /> <br />on the premise that the most junior right will provide <br /> <br />the greatest percentage of this delivery and the most <br /> <br />senior right will be curtailed the least on a percentage <br /> <br />basis. Percentages of curtailment will be based on a <br /> <br />straight line relation between these two extremes of <br /> <br />priority. <br /> <br />e. Deliveries to Colorado appropriators will total <br /> <br />110% of the amount of discharge at the Conejos, Los Pinos <br /> <br />and San Antonio River Index Stations less the percentage <br /> <br />of the annual amount to be delivered to La Sauses in <br /> <br />the current year. This amount will be distributed to <br /> <br />decrees in order of priority (considering each decree's <br /> <br />percentage of curtailment) until the entire amount is <br /> <br />delivered. <br /> <br />f. If, at any time, this delivery schedule results in <br /> <br />a flow in the Conejos River Channel in excess of its <br /> <br />capacity, without flooding, delivery to Colorado <br /> <br />-9- <br /> <br />
