The contractor provides meteorolog- <br />ical support services and postseason analysis of data. A computer <br />data file is being developed and the poststratification of days is <br />being performed to identify the best predictor variables for objec- <br />tive weather forecast decision trees. Contractor personnel are also <br />working closely with Reclamation scientists to develop detailed <br />suspension criteria for field experiments. <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR: St at e of Wyomi ng <br />Memorandum of Understanding <br />PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR: Not applicable <br />PERIOD: January 20, 1978 - Cont inuing <br />FU ND ING: None <br /> <br />This Memorandum of Understanding provides coordination between the <br />State of Wyoming and the Bureau of Reclamation for possible future <br />cloud seeding programs. Should the need for research projects <br />develop in Wyoming, the State and Reclamation will cooperate in the <br />planning, design, and execution of scientific research and associated <br />studies on the social, legal, economic, and environmental implica- <br />tions. The incorporation of local and State needs and interests will <br />be an important concern. <br /> <br />II 1-33 <br />
