<br />Plan Year 1994-1995: <br />~~ e <br />. One of the principal programmers from the contracting firm doing , <br />applications development was hired by the department to strengthen <br />the in-house staft, February, 1995; <br />. The Lehover Licensing Module was completed August, 1994; <br />. Surveys - Phase I was completed in January, 1995; <br />. Upgraded the Campground Reservation System operating system and <br />application sohware with vendor updates February, 1995; and <br />. Limited Licensing and Drawings completed June, 1995. <br /> <br />Colorado WINS <br />. Population of historical water resource data (including streamflow, <br />ditch diversions, temperatures and precipitation) for the Gunnison <br />River Basin prototype area, Yampa River Basin, White River Basin, and <br />Sanjuan River Basin; <br />. Completion of Project supported quality control/quality assurance <br />program on historical diversion records for key diversion structures to <br />be used in the planning models; <br />· Development of a CROSS map browser tool and inclusion of various <br />maps (including hydrology, irrigated lands, soil types, and elevation) <br />for the Gunnison River Basin prototype area or for the full western <br />slope; _ <br />· Completion of Project supported inventory of irrigated lands for the .. <br />Gunnison, Colorado River mainstream, and San Juan River basins; <br />· Development of a crop consumptive use model to operate on the new <br />irrigated lands database. This model has been applied for the Yampa <br />and San Juan River basins; <br />· Development of a prototype water resource planning model for the <br />Gunnison River Basin. Based on experiences with the development _of <br />that prototype model, the modeling foundation was changed to a <br />model which is simpler to understand and use. Modeling applications <br />for the Gunnison, the Yampa and the White River Basins are being <br />completed; <br />· Incorporation of the US Bureau of Reclamation's Colorado River <br />Simulation System and 24 Month Simulation Model in the CROSS <br />.system; <br />· Continual monitoring of CROSS system developments by state <br />representatives with resultant improvements to the system being <br />made by the consultant team; <br />· Continued interactions with a Technical Advisory Group, containing <br />major water users, and Technical Subcommittees; and <br />· Developed, released and evaluated a bid for the imaging pilot. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />42 <br />
