The Wessels Unic near Steamboat Springs, would include <br />the Bear Reservoir and Wessels Canal for storage and distribution <br />of project waters. The Rayaen Bench Unit near Hayden would be pro- <br />vided irrigated ....ater from Dunkley Reser\O ir, distributed by Hayden <br />Bench' and Twenty Mile Park Canals. The Teponas Unit near Toponas <br />would be provided water from Toponas and Yamcolo Reservoirs. Dis- <br />tribution would be through the Toponas Canal and Stillwater Ditch. <br />Recreation and fish and wildlife are being considered at each reser- <br />voir and the Bear Reservoir may be used for flood control.
