The Kremmling Canal <br />would head on the Williams River below the existing Williams Fork <br />Reservoir and convey water ~cross the Colorado River to lands in the <br />lower part of Troublesome Valley. Presently unused flows of Muddy <br />Creek would be regulated by the potential DeBernrd.Reservoir and . <br />distributed to project lands by the Cunsight and DeBerard C~nals. <br />Future investigations yould be influenced by water filings by the <br />City of Denver and future needs such as stream regulations. power <br />needs, municipal and industrial u$e~ and environmental needs. It <br />is anticipated that recreation and fish and Yildlife yould be part <br />of the project plan.
