It also will <br /> address Clean Water Act compliance requirements. <br />Nov. - Dec. 1993 Using 638 contracting procedures, cooperative I <br /> agreements are put in place with both the Southern Ute I <br /> Indian Tribe and the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe to <br /> conduct certain studies and analyses to help complete <br /> the Final Supplement. I <br />1994 P.L. 93-638 amended to include all Department ofthe <br /> Interior agencies. I <br />February 16, 1994 Consent decree is filed regarding the Four Corners <br /> Action Coalition et al. lawsuit. Reclamation agrees to I <br /> not perform cultural resources related ground <br /> disturbing activities prior to completion ofthe Final <br /> Supplement.
