Wilderness Review Schedule <br /> <br />The following milestones are considered necessary to accomplish and <br /> <br />meet the intent of the wilderness review (as outlined in section 603 <br /> <br />of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976): <br /> <br />1. By March 1978, circulate draft Wilderness Review Policy <br /> <br />for public camment; <br /> <br />2. By July 30, 1978, have the BLM's Wilderness Review Process <br /> <br />fully approved and operational; <br /> <br />3. By October 1979, determine the wilderness suitability or <br /> <br />I' <br /> <br />nonsuitability of the formally identified primitive and natural areas; this <br /> <br />II <br />I' <br /> <br />determination will include roadless areas that are contiguous to the following <br /> <br />formally identified areas: <br /> <br /> a.
