Section l31.ll(j) (3), which <br />sets out the required elements [or inclusion in 208 <br />plans: <br /> <br />(3) The non-point source categories shall <br />include: <br /> <br />(vi) salt water intrusion into rivers, <br />lakes, estuaries and ground water <br />resulting from reduction of fresh water <br />flow from any cause, including <br />irrigation, obstruction, groundwater <br />extraction, and diversion; and <br /> <br />(vii) sources of pollution relating to <br />hydrologic modifications; including <br />those caused by changes in the <br />movement, flow, or circulation of any <br />navigable waters or ground waters due <br />to construction and operation of dams, <br />levies, channels, or flow diversion-- <br />facilities.
