The salt is to <br />be weighed prior to transportation and marketing. In the event of an <br />operational or financial failure in which salt production is disrupted, salt <br />payments by Reclamation would cease until production of a measurable output <br />resumed. The Agreement makes no provlSlon for the expenditure of Federal <br />funds except for planning studies and salt payments. <br /> <br />4.3 Failure of S nsors to Com I with Coo erative A reement. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Failure of the Sponsors to comply with terms of the Agreement could be termed <br />a breach of contract. Salt payments could be suspended or the Agreement could <br />be terminated. <br /> <br />4.4 Failure of Sponsors to comply with Environmental Commitments. <br /> <br />The Sponsors would be required to meet the environmental commitments and <br /> <br />measures listed in the EA.
