On. the basis of criteria, indicated by Region 4 of the Bureau of Reclamation in the above report, Colorado recommends and requests inclusion for initial authorization of the following Colorado projects as "Participating Proj- r-::r.i:-sU! (a) Paoni~ Project, including the Minnesota Division, in Delta County, Colorado. (b) Smith ~ Project, Delta Count;}', Colorado. (c) Si~ Project, located near Rifle, Colorado. (d) Pine ~ Extension, being a development under the Vallecito Reservoir Storage on the Pine River near Durango, Colorado. , '(e) Florida Project on the Florida River near Durango, Colorado. (f) Two units of the ~ ~ Project on the La Plata River to serve lands in Colorado and New Mexico. (g) Little Snake Project for the irrigation of lands in Wyoming and Colorado on the Little Snake River, a tributary of the Yampa River, which in turn is a tributary of the Green River; provided, it should be under- stood that this project may be included if the status of the investigation and report on such project has reached a stage whereby it qualifies under the criteria for inclusion approved by Regj,on 4. 7, Colorado recommends and requests that the Collbran Project near Grand Junction, Colorado, for the irrigation of land, the furni,shing of domestic water, and the production of hydroelectric energy not be included for authorization in the initial list of "Participating Projects".
