The
ddh file will incorporate headgate demands derived from consumptive use estimates for the
aggregated structures,
STATE: Prepare a draft memo documenting the determination of aggregated structure
headgate demand time series in a 1-2 page memorandum, RTl would provide written
comments on this draft before State finalization.

Deliverables:
I, A list of aggregated structures and their associated County/HUC for structures tied to
irrigated lands in the White River Basin.
2, A interim .dds file containing all structures that are tied to irrigated parcels,
3, A ,CDs file that includes crop patterns for all structures tied to irrigated parcels,
4. RTIWR: Determine the explicitly modeled water use (depletion) reflected in the Phase II
modeling effort at M&I structures on an average annual basis (12 values, one for each
month) for the White River Basin. This will be accomplished by running STATEMOD on
the Phase II dataset to generate the .xcu report.
