But where human values wither. the blight is worse than <br />any dl:'Ought. <br />The Missouri River Basin Project, which protects us from floods <br />and drought, will protect our precious nUlIiaii harite.ge of hope and opportunity. <br />Wi th the completion of Bonny Dam. we have taken another step <br />forwatd in the long march toward our goal; which is nothing less than <br />full control and use of all the Vlsters of the entire vast Missouri River <br />Basin--a goal which can and Will transform our land, and prOVide us with <br />opportunitj. security, and prosperity in greater measure than 'We have <br />ever known before. <br />In Bonny Dam you of this community have won your bit of the <br />great watershed plan at an early date.
