Extreme - measures needed to reduce immediate <br />threat to life and property, such as, protecting existing <br />municipal watershed water supplies, roads, irrigation <br />systems, and campgrounds. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />b. High - measures needed to meet Forest Service <br />targets or that would pose a threat to life and property <br />during the next major runoff period, such as removal of <br />debris jams and repair of roads that provide access to help <br />meet targets. <br /> <br />c. Moderate - repairs needed to maintain resource <br />base, such as fish habitat improvement, repair and <br />resurfacing of roads, and streambank stabilization. <br /> <br />d.
