Clearly define in agreements the responsibilities of <br />the Forest Service and the State for performing work on <br />National Forest System lands. <br /> <br />Identify abandoned mined land reclamation opportunities' <br />within the Watershed Improvement Needs inventory (FSH <br />2509.15).
