01:n240 The Water Rights Planning Model and the Consumptive Use Model will be implemented for the Gunnison River Basin in the Prototype system, By the end of 1994, the prototype system will be completed, Also during this period, information collection will be initiated in non-Gunnison river basins to facilitate Year 2 model development. A key component of the State and user involvement program is the establishment of a prototype computer system in a "Briefing Room" at the CWCB. Space for this room has been allocated and improvements are being made, The prototype system will be available in May, 1994 and allow potential users (including State representatives) to test the CRDSS as it is being developed and provide feedback to the consultant tcam and project management. Finally, the Year 2 (1995) detailed work plan will be reviewed and revised based on Year 1 accomplishments, 2nd Year (1995) Continue database and model development efforts such that operation models for the water rights planning and consumptive use models will be produced for the Yampa, Upper Colorado, San Juan, White and Dolores Rivers, Continue incorporation of the USBR's Big River Model such that the model is fully operational at the end of the second year. 3rd and 4th Year (96/1997) Plan is less definite than the first two years of CRDSS development but is currently proposed to include development of water rights administration model, real time data collection, river forecasting model, stochastic flow model and demand forecast model.
