Soon a million people would find the area to relax and pursue <br />a lifestyle of water-based recreation. Sweeping vistas, clear water, and a new refuge <br />for now threatened and endangered species deflnes the terntory called Curecanti <br />Nattonal Recreation Area. <br /> <br />The present definition should endure New uses, new values. new technology will <br />come. yet history will be preserved and told. Decisions will be made by people <br />for the good of future generations.
