I am also involved in agriculture and livestock <br />production in Northern Colorado. I am a licensed professional <br />engineer in Colorado and California My education includes <br />a professional degree from Colorado School of Mines, a Master <br />of Business Administration from California State University <br />at Los Angeles, and graduate engineering work at the University <br />of Southern California. <br /> <br />Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District is a <br />political subdivision of the State of Colorado created by <br />decree of the District Court of Weld County, Colorado, on <br />September 20, 1937, pursuant to the Water Conservancy Act. <br /> <br />This Act empowers the District to acquire water; <br />obtain rights-of-way for certain water works; contract with <br />the United States and otherwise provide for the construction <br />of water facilities; assume contractual or bonded indebtedness; <br />administer, operate, and maintain physical works; conserve, <br />control, allocate, and distribute water supplies for supple- <br />mental use; and have authority to derive the revenues needed <br /> <br />to accomplish its purposes. <br /> <br />1464 <br />
