An
archeological survey has been completed and a mitigation plan is
being prepared for the lands, which was not accomplished in the EIS.
The mitigation plan will be forwarded as soon as it is in a final
draft form and ready for approval by the Colorado State Historical
Officer.

The loan monies are needed beginning in 1991 in order to be able
to utilize Dolores Project water supplies that will be available in
1993. The schedule for delivery of water is necessary to meet
provisions in the Water Rights Settlement.

A check in the amount of $5,000 is enclosed for the application

fee.

Thank you for the assistance provided by you and your
particularly Mike Stuver.
