Artiole III of this Compact <br /> <br /> <br />requires Colorado to nake water deliveries a.t the new Mexico state line in ac- <br /> <br /> <br />oord~'oe with a sohedule whiOh is based on water use in Colorado over a period <br /> <br />of years. Any enlarge;nent of cO:!l3w:lptive use in Colorado will rosult in an <br /> <br />inability to deliver water in accorda~oe with the schedule and hence would <br /> <br /> <br />violate the Compact. <br /> <br /> <br />The Platoro reservoir will have a oapaoity of 60.000 aore feet and will <br /> <br /> <br />permit an a.n.."lual average re-regulation of about 471000 a.ore feet.
