This task relates to user involvement and includes several meetings with key water users in <br />the Gunnison River basin and the Technical Subcommittees. To date, we have held off on <br />this subtask until we felt comfortable witb the progress and status of the MODSIM network <br />mode\. We have held two meetings ",-jth CWCB staff to discuss the Gunnison basin and <br />have had several telephone conversations with USBR personnel.
