1.4. Calls Table This subtask includes the design of one table; the Calls 0 table. This
table contains a record of historic and current river calls. It will include the calling
right, caJIing structure, date and time a call was set, date and time the call was
released, the administration number of the call and comment fields.

1.5. Administrative Structure Type District Water and Division Worksheets will
contain information concerning points on the river that are not a structure such as a
river confluence. In this subtask, a new structure type, defined herein to be
"Administrative" will be added to the Structure 0 table.

1.6. River Network Information Tables This subtask includes the design of three
tables; the River Network Information (River_Network) table, the Lag Loss
Information (Lag_loss_type) table, and Lag Loss Name (LagJoss_name) table. The
first two are required for network calculations by the curtailment and depletion tools.
The River Network Information table will include the structure type, division, stream
number, downstream structure, reach length, the lag loss characteristics for the reach,
the point f{ow upstream and downstream known structures and current call and
previous call information. The Lag Loss Information table will contain the flow
velocity ofthe reach (in ft/sec) and loss in the reach (in %/mile). The Lag Loss Name
table will assign a description to each lag loss type.

1.7. Real Time Stations Tables This subtask includes the design of two tables; the Real
Time Station (real_time) and Real Time Measurement (RT_meas) table. Both
contain data associated with flow monitoring devices connected to a satellite network
maintained by State and/or the USGS. Note that Real time flow stations will be
connected to HydroBase at the measurement type (Meas_type) table like other
environmental station tables.

1.8. Permission Table This subtask includes the modification of one table; the User
(User) Table which exists in the HB.CRDSS and is not shown in Figure 1.1. One
attribute, permissions, will be added to allow Water Information Sheet and Set Call
write privileges for specific water districts to be defined for each user.

1.9. Documentation This subtask will document the database additions associated with
the Administration Tool implementation into the Developer's Manual in MS Word
format.

1.10. Database to GUI Mapping In this subtask, the State will provide a memorandum
which describes which database tables and attributes correspond to each conceptual
GUI presented in this scope.

De/iverables:

I. Design of five water information sheet tables; the Water Information Sheet Data, the
Water Information Sheet Comments, the Priority diversion, the Delivery Diversion
and the Release tables using ERWIN.

2. The design of two water information sheet tables; the Water Information Sheet
Format (WIS Format) table and Water Information Sheet Formula (WISForIDula) ,
table using ERWIN.

c:lwlcrdsslscopelphlllblscope.doc

07 'Z'J

4/24/97 . 9
