Task 6 -VAX to Server Database Utilities

Responsibility: RTi

Objective: Develop the scripts and/or the utilities needed to transfer real time satellite
information from the State's V AX computer into HB-CROSS residing on a Windows NT
Database Server.

Approach:

6.1. Review SPWRMS Review and document in a 2-4 page memorandum the scripts
and processes being used by the South Platte Water Rights Management System
(SPWRMS) to transfer satellite data from the V AX computer to the SPWRMS
relational database.

6.2. Data Transfer Utility ModifY or rewrite the SPWRMS scripts and processes to
populate real time data into HydroBase.

6.3. Documentation Revise the Developer's Documentation to describe the V AX to
Server communications in a MS Word format.
