Memorand.um which describes which database tables and attributes correspond to the <br />conceptual OUIs presented in this scope. <br /> <br />Task 2 - Data Collection <br /> <br />Responsibility: State <br /> <br />Objective: Develop data necessary to populate the existing River Mile entity of the <br />Structure table, and all data associated with the new River Network (River_network) and <br />Reach Loss (Lag_loss_type) tables designed above. <br /> <br />Comments: River mile data will be loaded into the database from the Structure file (Soo) <br />under a separate, HydroBase, contract. Additions or corrections may be entered through <br />the Water Information Sheet Builder, Task 11.5. <br /> <br />Approach: <br /> <br />2.1. River Mile Data In this subtask, the existing information regarding the location for <br />each structure in each Western Slope Division will be determined in river miles from <br />the stateline. As necessary, develop new or digitize existing location data by priority, <br />key 30 to 40 structures first, others later. <br /> <br />2.2. Lag / Loss Data In this subtask, lag and loss data will be developed based on <br />engineering judgment for several types of river channel types. <br /> <br />2.3. Lag / Loss Data Documentation Document procedure for developing lag/loss data <br />into the Developer's Manual Documentation in a MS Word format. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br /> <br />I.
