<br />002188 <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners further requests the <br />Governor to exercise all of the powers conferred in his office <br />pursuant to the Colorado Disaster Emergency Act of 1973, and in <br />particular, pursuant to law, permit the use of private property <br />by officials of the state of Colorado, by the officials of <br />Alamos8 County as a political subdivision of the State of <br />Colorado, or by the Federal Disaster Assistants Administration <br />for the following purposes: . <br /> <br />1. Restoration of access to stricken areas. <br /> <br />2, Clean-up and removal of flood deposited debris, <br /> <br />3. Elimination and removal of conditions found to be a <br />public health and safety hazard. <br /> <br />4. Restoration of' ~ormal County services to the stricken <br /> <br />area. <br /> <br />5.
