Nine of the 13 tentatively identified <br /> <br />highest priority rivers are or have been threatened with develop- <br /> <br />ment of water resource projects. Thus, the need for action is <br /> <br />apparent. <br /> <br />WILD ilNDmSCENIC RIVERS - ALTERNATIVES <br /> <br />The following solutions are available for protecting high priority <br /> <br />free-flowing rivers: <br /> <br />a.
