The CRFI subsequently has apparently become <br />part of the, "Recovery Implementation Program for Endangered Fish <br />Species in the Upper Colorado River Basin." While the source of the <br />water reservations in the Biological Opinions has not been specifically <br />identified and can therefore come from one or more other projects in the <br />Colorado River Basin portion of the state, it has been the general <br />opinion that such releases would probably come from the Aspinall Unit. <br /> <br />Assuming such would be the case, releases from the Aspinall Unit might <br />be required to offset up to 131,000 af of depletions identified in the <br />Dolores Biological opinion (only 81,000 af of depletions are currently <br />projected) and up to the 17,200 af of depletions identified in the Dallas <br />Creek Biological Opinion. <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />000997 <br />
