Costs allocable to irrigation are <br />repaid without interest. <br /> <br />Municipal and industrial users repay the costs <br />allocable to those purposes with interest. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />( 2) <br /> <br />The costs of the fish and wildlife mitigation measures <br />and recreational features of CRSP participating <br />projects are non-reimbursable. The costs of fish and <br />wildli~e mitigation measures for non-CRSP projects are <br />allocated pro-rata among other project purposes and <br />become repayable to the extent that costs of those <br />other purposes are also repayable. Half of the costs <br />allocated t~ recreational features in non-CRSP projects <br />are repayable, without interest. <br /> <br />The costs of flood control projects (except . for lands, <br />easements, and rights-of-way) are non-reimbursable. <br /> <br />The maximum repayment'period fOL CRSP projects is 50 years, while <br />other reclamation projects are subject to IIO-year repayment <br />periods. <br /> <br />P) <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />-.,. <br />
