This report <br />constitutes the report of the Task Force. <br /> <br />Key terms used in this report are defined as follows: <br /> <br />"Colorado River Floodway" means the channel of the <br />Colorado River and that part of the flood plain that <br />are necessary to safely convey the Floodway flow of <br />either a one-in-one hundred year flow consisting of <br />controlled releases and tributary inflow, or a flow <br />of forty thousand cubic feet per second (cfs). <br />whichever is greater. <br /> <br />"Colorado River Floodway Fringe" means that area subject <br />to inundation by floods of varying magnitudes up to <br />and including the Floodway flow but which is not <br />required for the safe conveyance of the Floodway flow <br />and is not included in the computation of the <br />Colorado River Floodway elevation. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />"Colorado River Flood plain" means the combined area of <br />the Colorado River Floodway and the Colorado River <br />Floodway Fringe. <br /> <br />"Flood Plain Administrator" is the designated public <br />official charged with the lead responsibility for <br />administering and implementing the flood plain <br />management regulations. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1-4 <br />
