Environmental considerations <br />are being carefully evaluated which undoubtedly viil be of political con- <br />cern. <br /> <br />The State of Colorado includes this authorized project as a part or its <br />state vater plan which is nOW' being 1'ormulated. <br /> <br />Construction of the long-awaited ~s Project should proceed with the <br />Central Arizona Project as directed by Sec. 501 (b) of P.L. 93-531, which <br />vill be ca.ref'ully observed by 1oca.1 and State interests. <br /> <br />Project Administration and Repayment <br /> <br />The Dolores Water Conservancy Dis~ would be the main administrative <br />and contracting agency for the Dolares ProJect. The Indians 'WOuld be <br />represented by the Ute MJuntain Indian Tribe.
