<br />. <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />Subtask 5 - Management <br />5,1, Prepare monthly progress reports that include the following three components: <br />a) A Work Activity Description that describes work accomplished that month and <br />percent complete for each task presented in the Budget. <br />b) A Task Summary that describes the Budget, Project Cost to Date, Percent Spent, <br />and Percent Complete, Estimated Cost to Complete, Estimated Cost at <br />Completion, and Surplus or Shortage. <br />c) A Project Summary that describes technical, budget and schedule concerns for the <br />Project. <br />5,2. Prepare monthly invoices that correspond to the activities described in the progress <br />reports, Include billing by person, rate, hours and charge, Include a description of other <br />direct costs and a summary of retainage (previous retainage held, retainage this period, <br />total retainage), <br />5,3, Prepare for and conduct four (4) meetings; one kick off meeting to review the scope of <br />work, a second to refine the scope of work, a third after the production of the first draft of <br />the documentation and a fourth meeting at closure of the task order activities, To obtain <br />local water community involvement, assume all four of the meetings will occur in <br />Montrose or another mutually agreed upon location, <br /> <br />Subtask 6 - Contingency <br />Objective: Perform activities which cannot be identified at this time if mutually agreed upon in <br />writing by the State and Leonard Rice Consulting Water Engieneers, <br />6,1, Scope Activities As directed by the State, prepare a task order which reflects the <br />approach, deliverables, budget and schedule mutually agreed upon in writing by the State <br />and Consultant The format of the task order is expected to be similar to this scope of <br />work. <br />6.2.
