<br />$3,554,000 on the busis of increased Innd \,.dues in the Sun Luis
<br />\~alley. The present. right,-oC-way cost. estimates nre on a basis of
<br />approximntl'ly $58 per licre, ns compurcd to $15 in the 1963 report.

<br />the ~Iishnk l\utiomll 'Vildlife Refuge is estimated to be $1,708,000
<br />in t.he 1970 reappraisal, as compared to $414,000 in the 1963 feasibility
<br />report.
<br />Approximately $3,926,000 of the tDtal cost increase eRn be attributed
