Colo- <br />mdo, from that presented 1Il the .July 1963 Ft>8.S1bdlty Report. <br /> <br />SUM~!ARY <br /> <br />The principnl chllnges affecting the Regionul Dirpctor's .July 1963 <br />Feasibility Report are ns follows: (1) project construction costs were <br />repriced to October 1968 prices null furthC'f indexf'd to .January 1969 <br />prices; (2) the number of wells hus been incn'llsed from 129 to'136 to <br />pro,.ide for downtime find maintenUllt'e operations; (3) the project <br />has been unnlyzl'd in compliance with the Federal \Ynter Project <br />Reclamation Act (Public Law 89-72); (4) an intl'rest rate of 4~' <br />percent is used; (5) :\lishnk National \Vildlife Refuge has been en- <br />larged and now provides for enhancement of wild lift>, IlS well as for <br />mitigation.
