Responsible for preparation of reports, design and
construction services for water and wastewater pro-
jects. Major projects inc1 ude: .

Predesign report and final design of Ta11mans Island
Treatment Plant. The project included expansion of a
diffused air, activated sludge plant from 60 to 80
m9d, and complete mechanical replacement of: diesel
engine driven raw sewage pumps and process air blowers;
primary and secondary sludge collectors; existing sludge
thickeners and diaesters; and chlorination facilities.
The project also included new sludge thickener complex
and new screening, grit removal and sludge storage
faci1 ities.

Prepared feasibility report and plans and specifications
for high service water system for lincoln, New Hampshire,
including a booster pumping station, water transmission
line, concrete storage tank and system controls. Engineer-
ing services during construction and preparation of 0 & M
manuals for sewage works improvements for lincoln,
New Hampshire involving ten construction contracts and
including two industrial pulp and paper waste treatment
plants, domestic sewage treatment facilities, interceptor
seWers and pumping station.

Design of treatment facilities, including aerated grit re-
moval, primary sedimentation, sludge thickening, and
skimmings incineration.for 23 mgd wastewater treatment
plant expansion in Nashua, New Hampshire. Prepared design
report for expansion of the Village Creek Wastewater
Treatment Plant in Fort Worth, Texas, involving increase
of design flow from 45 mgd to 96 mgd. Responsible for
preliminary design of a 15 mgd activated sludge wastewater
treatment plant for the Kennebec Sanitary Treatment District
in ~~aterville, Maine.

waste treatment plants for Lenox, Mass., including
two control buildings, circular clarifiers, aeration
basins, aerobic digester and chlorine contact tanks.
Structural design of mixing tank, circular clarifiers
and sludge thickener for the White Water Treatment
Plant, Lincoln, New Hampshire. Designed equipm€nt
buil di ng for the Bra i ntree, ~1assachusetts refuse in-
cinerator.
