<br />001453 <br /> <br />For the past 18 years, Mr. Von Ohlen has served as Design <br />Engineer, project Engineer, Chief Engineer, and a Principal of <br />the firm, performing a wide variety of duties involving land <br />development and the construction of public works facilities. <br />His duties and responsibilities have encompassed project <br />management and direct supervision of the design and <br />construction inspection of such projects as the water and <br />wastewater facilities, with construction costs of $2 million, <br />~or the Southwest Metropolitan Water and Sanitation District <br />in Jefferson County, Colorado; ownership maps encompassing all <br />of Arapahoe County, Colorado, for the County Commissioners; <br />street improvements for Vail, Colorado, with construction <br />costs of $180,000; the master planning for the rezoning of <br />4,400 acres for a new community to be known as Box Elder, East <br />of Denver, Colorado; storm drainage facilities for West <br />Tollgate Creek and the overflow from Cherry Creek Reservoir in <br />Aurora, Colorado; Land Development projects such as the 580 <br />acre Kingsborough South Project and the 640 acre projects <br />known as Aurora Highlands and Seven Hills, all being primarily <br />single-family developments in Southeastern Aurora, Colorado; <br />the 2 square mile TOllgate Villages, including single family, <br />multi-family, office park, and industrial development, also <br />in Southeastern Aurora, Colorado; The Ranch, a single family <br />and multi-family project, encompassing some 1,200 acres, and <br />wrapped around a golf course in westminster, Colorado; the <br />Westminster Mall shopping center, an 80 acre, $22 million <br />development in Wesminster, Colorado. <br /> <br />Also, the Keystone Ski Area, including development of a <br />complete domestic water system with wells, storage (a 1.5 <br />million gallon reservoir included) distribution system, etc.; <br />development of the domestic water and sewer treatment <br />facilities at Arapahoe Basin for Keystone. <br /> <br />Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Von Ohlen was employed by a <br />large oil corporation for 3 years and participated in the <br />inspection of construction of various oilfield construction <br />projects, the surveying of oil leases, and the staking of well <br />locations in several states in the southwestern United States. <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />1. <br />u <br /> <br />~ <br />
