The plan of operation calls <br />for discharging Middle Rio Grande Valley flood control storage in <br />November and December to oomply with the Rio Grande Compaot. It is <br />not proposed that the oompact be changed; however, if this projeot <br />is oonstruoted and should the compact be revised at some future <br />date, provision should be made to permit redistributing these re- <br />leases in January, February. and March, <br />67. In some years 5,000 aore-feet of water will be released <br />in January and February.
