<br />April 1, 1971 <br /> <br />OGD3J~ <br /> <br />The Bureau of Reclamation Regional Directors are responsible <br />for assembling and collating all inputs for the Westwide Study <br /> <br />and for submittal of this material to the Management Group. <br /> <br />, Region 1 of the Bureau of Reclamation will coordinate closely <br /> <br />with the Pacific Northwest River Basins Commission to accomplish <br /> <br />the study. This is being done because the data will be used to <br />fulfill Commission planning responsibilities under P.L. 89-80. The <br /> <br />Commission and Region 1 will formulate the plans and coordinate <br /> <br />them with the Management Group to assure consistency of evaluation <br /> <br />; <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />and compatibility with the overall study program. <br /> <br />Any special coordination measures between the Bureau of <br /> <br />Reclamation and the Commission will be described in the Pacific <br /> <br />Northwest River Basins Commission's supplement to this Plan of <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />Implementation of work assignments will normally be made by <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Study. <br /> <br />consultation between States and Federal agencies at the field <br /> <br />level. Reclamation field offices will coordinate the implementa- <br /> <br />tion of work assignments with all interested agencies.
