<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br />i <br /> <br />(c) Third, priority to mitigation of impacts to threatened <br />species; <br /> <br />(d) Fourth, priority to mitigation of impacts related to <br />recreational, sports fisheries, game management, nongame <br />fish and wildlife, and other environmental values; <br /> <br />(e) Fifth, priority to enhancement of endangered and threatened <br />species habitat; and <br /> <br />(f) Sixth, priority to enhancement of other above mentioned <br />values. <br /> <br />(d) Provisos. <br /> <br />Nothing in this proposal is intended to prevent Congress from <br />appropriating other funds for any of these classes of expenditures, provided <br />that any such appropriation shall be nonreimbursable under Section 8 of the <br />1956 CRSP Act and CRSP power and water users shall not be required to make any <br />contribution to such expenditures beyond those here specified. Furthermore, <br />except for the payments to be made under Section 11(c), all costs associated <br />with environmental mitigation and environmental and recreational enhancement <br />for all CRSP projects completed or under construction, including the Central <br />Utah Project, shall be considered nonreimbursable expenses to be financed by <br />Congressional appropriations pursuant to Section of the CRSP Act, at least <br />until all power features of CRSP facilities are repaid. <br /> <br />~o\ <br /> <br />R47 <br />
