Mitigation - in accordance with existing USBR plans and budgets - <br />funding by Federal Government <br /> <br />2. Enhancements - in accordance with Congressional authorization and <br />funded from the Supplementary Mitiqation and Enhancement Fund, <br />cost-sharing portion. <br /> <br />(b) Future projects - Federal or state or other sponsors <br /> <br />1. Mitigation and enhancement - plans and funding by project <br />sponsors. <br /> <br />(c) All other environmental and recreational costs. <br /> <br />1. Establish two separate accounts within the CRSP account as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(a) Supplementary Mitiqation and Enhancement Fund; a cost <br />sharing account for supplemental mitigation and enhancement <br />to be funded by a percent of CRSP O&M expenses and a 50 <br />percent cost sharing requirement from state or other <br />sponsors before expended and; <br /> <br />(b) An account funded from power revenues to be expended on <br />salinity control and the $1.5M USSR Upper Colorado River <br />Endangered Fish Recovery Program and possibly the Glen <br />Canyon studies. <br /> <br />2. Implementation of plans by the USSR and/or state project sponsors <br />are to be funded from the Supplementary Mitiqation and Enhancement <br />Fund. <br /> <br />3. Funds within the cost sharing portion of this supplemental account <br />shall be expended by the following priorities: <br /> <br />(a) Salinity control.
