<br />7. 7th Appropriation - June 28, 1941 (55 Stat.. 331) <br /> <br />The following sums are appropriated out of the special fund in the Treasury <br />of the United States created by the Act of June 17, 1902 (43, U, s. C. 391, 411), <br />and therein designated "the reclamation fund"', to be available immediately. <br /> <br />Colorado-Big Thompson project, Colorado: Not to exceed $100,000 from pcwer <br />revenues shall be available during the fisclll year 1942 for the operation and <br />maintenance of the pcwersystem;" <br /> <br />"Fo~ commencement and continuation of construction of the following projects <br />and for general investig~tions and administrative expenses in not to exceed <br />the following amounts, respectively, to be expended from the general fund of <br />the Treasury in tlw same manner and for the same objects of expenditures as <br />specified for projects included hereinbefore in this Act under the capticn <br />"Bureau of Reclamation" under the heading "Administrative provisicns and <br />limitations"', but without regard to the amounts of the limitations therein <br />set forth, to be imme'diately available, to remain available until expended <br />and to be reimbursable under the reclamation law; <br /> <br />Colorado-Big Thompson pr~ject, Colorado, $3,000,000;" <br /> <br />In addition to the sums appropriated under the caption "General Fund, construc_ <br />tion", the Secretary or the Interior may also incur obligations and enter into <br />contract s for construction work on the following-named proj ects and in not to <br />exceed the following sums, and his action in so doing shall be deemed a con_ <br />tractual obligation of the Federal Government for the payment of the cost <br />thereof. <br /> <br />Colorado-Big Thompson project, Colorado, $1.500,000; <br /> <br />8. 8th Appropriation _ July 2, 1942, (Public Law' 645 - 77th Congress), <br /> <br />The following sums are appropriated out of the special funq in the Treasury of <br />the United States created by the Act of June 17, 1902 (43 U.
